Mirabelle Restaurant Offers September Cooking Class "Summer's End" Date: September 8, 2008 Time: 6:30pm
Executive chef and co-owner Guy Reuge of Mirabelle Restaurant will teach bi-monthly cooking courses throughout the fall and winter. In September, the focus is on summer cuisine and students will learn how to make Lobster salad with peach, cucumber and cilantro; Ragout of herb gnocchi, chanterelle mushroom and duck prosciutto; and Summer fruit soup, vanilla tongue cookie and plum sorbet.
