H2O Seafood Grill announces an exclusive demonstration by Executive Chef Scotty Szekretar at the Viking Cooking School at Loaves and Fishes Cookshop in Garden City, on Saturday, October 11 from noon to 2:00 p.m. Szekretar will demonstrate how to cook the following items from his popular menu: *Pan Seared Scallops Caper Remoulade and Shaved Citrus Fennel Slaw *“Everything” Crusted Striped Bass Sweet Corn Broth and Sautéed Spinach *Grilled Filet Mignon Sautéed Mushrooms, Rosemary Stacking Potatoes, and White Wine Glace.
