| Summer came and went, but handmade mozzarella from Tutto Italiano is here to stay! Chef Pasquale Langella will demonstrate and serve handmade warm mozzarella in-store every Saturday and Sunday at 1 p.m. Demonstrations are free.
Langella, a native of Napoli, Italy, was taught how to make fresh mozzarella by his grandmother. The 30-minute process features just a few ingredients including whole milk, piping hot water and a handful of salt.
