Corky Nightingale Hosts Canine Costume Celebration to Raise Funds For Rescue Dogs and Dogs That Rescue. If you’re looking to be part of this year’s premier A-List fall event Cold Spring Harbor is the place to be Sunday, November 2nd. A spectacular star-studded celebration will take place in the old whaling village when everyone’s favorite Westie, Corky Nightingale, hosts her second annual Howl-ween celebration with an elite group of her canine friends. The party is being held in honor of Corky’s younger sister.
