A rewarding experience that promotes both physical and mental health, you will enjoy learning basic dance concepts and skills while engaging your body in aerobic activity and building self-confidence. All classes will work on developing posture, dance frame, technique, movement and basic dance steps. The curriculum may include the Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Rumba, Cha Cha, Salsa/Mambo, Merengue, Bolero and Samba, depending on student interest and abilities.
