Tennis Lessons

The adult program has been designed as an easy introduction into the game of tennis. The main focus of this class is basic fundamentals. Students are introduced to the basic vocabulary along with forehand, backhand and service instruction. Tennis is a social sport, making it a great way to meet people as well as gain increased movement, coordination and overall fitness.
