The Walkathon/5K Run Is A Three Mile Walk Through The Neighborhood Surrounding SJC’s Patchogue Campus. The Run Is Adjusted Accordingly To Clock At 5K. The Purpose Of This Event Is To Raise Money For The Rose Brucia Educational Foundation, Which Educates Children About The Danger Posed By Strangers.

Funds Also Go To The Alumni Association For Ongoing Support Of St. Joseph’s College And To Continue Funding The Thomas J. Wendt ’88 Alumni Scholarship.
