This Exhibition, Curated By Hofstra University Museum's Assistant Director Of Exhibitions And Collections, Karen T. Albert, Acknowledges The Significant Contributions Of Our Art Donors, Honoring Those Who Have Made Our Collection What It Is Today. The Collection Consists Of Approximately 5,000 Works Of Art From 6 Continents, Including Paintings, Prints, Drawings, Photographs, And Sculptures From The 18th To 21st Century. Asian And Chinese Stone And Ceramic Works, Japanese Prints And Scrolls, African And Oceanic Ethnographic Pieces And Pre-Columbian Artifacts Are Also Part Of The Collection. The 2010 series of Oyster Bay Cruise Nights! We will once again shut down Audrey Avenue every Tuesday night to provide space for the gathering of some of the finest vehicles on Long Island! From radical to rat-rods, Duesenbergs to Ducatis, we will invite car and motorcycle enthusiasts to bring their precious rides out for public viewing. Downtown restaurants and stores will be open, so come on up to Oyster Bay for a terrific time! Sponsored by the Oyster Bay Chamber of Commerce.
Cost to Enter Car: $5.00; Spectator Admission: free.
Every Tuesday through September 28.
